Integrating engineers into the workplace is the ultimate goal of an ISEN education.
To make this transition as smooth as possible, it’s essential to train students based on the real needs of companies, ensuring a strong match between education and professional integration. In addition, any company in France with 250 or more employees must meet a legal threshold requiring at least 5% of its workforce to be young people (under 26) hired under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
Hiring an engineer or engineering student can happen at different stages of their studies and in various ways:
- 4th-year project
- Internship
- Professionalization contract in the final year (work-study)
- Apprenticeship contract in Years 3, 4, or 5 (work-study)
- Full-time employment
Post a job or internship offer
You can post your offers (internships / work-study positions / projects / jobs) directly on our dedicated platform: yncreaouest.jobteaser.com New window. Companies can post offers independently, and they will be shared directly with our students.
