Disability and inclusion

Accessibility is essential to our mission. At ISEN Ouest, we believe every student should have equal access to higher education — whatever their circumstances. Since the Conférence des Grandes Écoles on May 12, 2021, this commitment has taken on new momentum: all engineering schools must guarantee fairness and accessibility for students with disabilities.

Across all our campuses, ISEN Ouest is fully committed to welcoming and supporting students with disabilities, so that everyone can work towards their engineering degree in the best possible conditions.

Accessible campuses

All our campuses are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Each ISEN Ouest site is equipped with elevators serving every floor, adapted restrooms and reserved parking spaces. Everything is designed to make daily life on campus easier and more comfortable.

Personalized accommodations

When you arrive at ISEN, you should let your class coordinator know about your situation and provide any necessary medical certificates and your doctor’s recommendations.

The site’s Director of Studies — who is also the disability contact person — will review your needs and set up the right support for you, which may include: a customized class schedule, extended exam time, technical assistance, human support as needed… Every situation is handled individually, with one goal: to help you succeed.
