The governance of ISEN Ouest is overseen by the Board of Directors, which brings together elected members and industry leaders.
The Board’s Executive Committee is made up of the following eight members:

Jean-Charles DECONNINCK, Vice President of the Association and Vice President for the Île-de-France region
Jean-Paul KERRIEN, Vice President for the Brittany region and Treasurer of the Association
Philippe HEDDE, Vice President for the Normandy region
Gérard JOUSSET, Vice President for the Pays-de-la-Loire region
Jérémie MANIGNE, Secretary of the Association
Sébastien CHEVREL, in charge of International Affairs
Alban SCHMUTZ, in charge of Cybersecurity
