In Nantes, ten students from the school took on the challenge, ready to tackle a series of algorithmic and optimization problems. The atmosphere was both focused and friendly: everyone stayed fully engaged until the very last minute, refining their solutions and testing new approaches.

An outstanding performance by Ewan Ménahëze

At the national level, Ewan Ménahëze, an ISEN student, stood out by securing 3rd place out of 307 participants. An impressive accomplishment that reflects his rigor, perseverance, and strong command of programming.

A graduate of the Computer Science & Digital Technologies Track at ISEN, Ewan chose C++ to solve the various challenges in the competition. Through meticulous work and excellent code optimization, he achieved a score of 5,865,739.6, earning him a spot on the national podium.

This success highlights both the quality of his academic path, the relevance of the skills acquired throughout his program, and the technical standards ISEN students are able to demonstrate in competitive environments.

Team spirit at its best

Collective results were equally encouraging: four ISEN students ranked among the top thirty nationwide, with two from the full-time student track and two from the Engineering Cycle apprenticeship track. This collective achievement illustrates the strength of the program and the collaborative mindset that drives our students.

An experience to repeat

Held in a supportive and stimulating environment, this first edition was a great success. Participants unanimously praised the format, describing it as both motivating and educational. Building on this positive experience, ISEN aims to renew this type of event in the coming years, continuing to foster coding practice, a spirit of innovation, and a taste for challenge among its students.
