La Nantaise Habitation
The three Loire Campus residences managed by La Nantaise Habitation offer 40 rooms reserved for students admitted to ISEN Nantes.
Located close to bus line C6, which serves the ISEN Nantes campus, these residences provide units ranging from 14 to 51 m², starting at €412/month.
Espacil Habitat
The ALTAÏR/ALDEBARAN residences, located 4 km from the school, and PERSEE, just 1.5 km away, offer housing from studios (T1) to four-bedroom apartments (T4).
Priority access is available with a partner code to be entered when booking your accommodation.
This code can be provided at the school’s front desk or upon request by email.
Les Estudines
Les Estudines Beaujoire, located 3 km from the campus, offers fully equipped studios and one-bedroom apartments, plus a range of services.
