Professionalization contracts

The final year of the program can be completed either as a full-time student or through a work-study contract (professionalization contract).

When choosing the work-study option, student engineers benefit from:

  • An employment contract with the host company
  • A salary during the year
  • Full coverage of tuition fees by the company

This academic year, over 90% of final-year students chose the work-study format. The timetable is designed so that they attend all final-year classes, just like full-time students — and of course, they graduate with the same engineering degree. Ils obtiennent évidemment tous le même diplôme d’ingénieur. This pathway is one of the best ways to prepare for entering the workforce. It also provides a practical solution for funding studies, since students receive a salary and their tuition fees are fully covered by the company.

A word from employers

Integrating engineers into the workplace is the ultimate goal of an ISEN education. To make this transition as smooth as possible, it’s essential to train students based on the real needs of companies, ensuring a strong match between education and professional integration.
