Why choose this program?

The Mechanical Track opens the door to engineering sciences, robotics, mechatronics, and automation. It is primarily designed for students with a general science background who are interested in applied sciences and the design of complex mechanical systems.

In this track, you will explore a wide range of topics such as digital geometric modeling, power transmission, and kinematic modeling, as well as material strength and simulation. You will develop skills in manufacturing, vibrations, fluid mechanics, while also covering advanced concepts such as quantum mechanics and component physics. Concrete projects will further enrich your learning experience, allowing you to apply your knowledge to tackle technical and innovative challenges.

This program provides a solid scientific and technical foundation to understand, design, and improve mechanical systems, while preparing you for the industrial challenges of tomorrow.

After completing the Mechanical Engineering Track, you can specialize in one of the professional fields offered at ISEN Ouest that align with your interests, such as:

However, all specialization tracks remain open to you.

At ISEN Ouest, you build your five-year engineering journey step by step. The Mechanical Engineering Track covers the first three years. Afterward, without ranking requirements, you can choose among 15 professional fields available across ISEN Ouest’s western campuses.
