ISEN Ouest’s impact projects

At ISEN Ouest, sustainable development and social responsibility (SD&SR) are far more than just concepts — they are fundamental pillars of our school’s identity and mission. Fully aware of the major challenges facing our society — from the ecological transition to social inclusion and economic responsibility — ISEN Ouest is committed to training engineers with not only advanced technical skills but also a strong ethical and environmental mindset.

For several years now, the school has structured this commitment through an ambitious SD&SR Master Plan, guiding its actions across four key areas: governance, teaching, research, and people. This roadmap reflects our determination to go beyond regulatory requirements and become a leading, innovative, and responsible player in higher education.

In this spirit, ISEN Ouest has also embarked on the process of obtaining the national SD&SR label, planned for 2026, to formally recognize and strengthen our sustainability efforts. This ambition is part of a global and collaborative approach, engaging our entire educational community and its partners.

Through a wide range of projects and initiatives, ISEN Ouest aims not only to meet society’s growing expectations but also to support companies in their own sustainable transformation.
