Gender equality index

A score of 89/100 for professional equality

Yncréa Ouest, which manages ISEN Ouest and the professional training programs at Code.bzh, reaffirms its commitment to gender equality in the workplace.

In line with the legal requirement for companies with over 50 employees, Yncréa Ouest has published its gender equality index for 2025, based on data from the 2023–2024 reporting year.
This index is calculated using four key indicators:

  • Pay gaps between women and men
  • Gaps in individual pay raises
  • Percentage of women receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave
  • The proportion of women among the ten highest salaries in the organization

With an overall score of 89/100, Yncréa Ouest exceeds the minimum threshold set by the government (75/100). This result reflects the ongoing commitment of our teams to promote professional equality and gender balance across the organization. The score also shows continuous progress, improving from last year’s score of 84/100.

A commitment to continuous improvement

Calculating this index is a valuable tool to identify areas for action and continue moving forward. Yncréa Ouest is taking concrete measures, including:

  • Steps to reduce pay gaps
  • Supporting women’s access to leadership roles
  • Ongoing tracking of key indicators to measure progress

This score, officially declared on the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Inclusion website, demonstrates Yncréa Ouest’s transparency and commitment to advancing gender equality and diversity across ISEN Ouest and Code.bzh.
