Finding accommodation is an important step when preparing for your studies. To support both current and future students, ISEN Ouest provides a dedicated accommodation platform in partnership with Studapart, available for the Brest, Caen, Nantes, Paris and Rennes campuses.
The platform allows students to browse accommodation listings, prepare their application file and make the process easier before the start of the academic year. It is the main starting point for finding accommodation near your campus, even though some local partners and contacts may not yet be listed.
One accommodation platform for all five campuses
With Studapart, students can search for accommodation near their future campus, whether they have been admitted to Brest, Caen, Nantes, Paris or Rennes. The platform is gradually bringing together available listings, including studios, rooms, shared accommodation, student residences and properties offered by private landlords.
This service is particularly useful for students moving to a new city or wishing to arrange their accommodation remotely before the start of the academic year.
Studapart allows students to:
- browse student accommodation listings
- search for accommodation near their campus
- prepare their application file online
- communicate with landlords and student residences
- simplify the accommodation process before the start of the academic year
- access listings for all five ISEN Ouest campuses

Additional accommodation options depending on the campus
In addition to Studapart, some campuses offer specific accommodation solutions or local contacts. These options may be useful depending on where you will be studying.
Nantes
A partnership with La Nantaise Habitation

The Nantes campus has a partnership with La Nantaise Habitation, which reserves 40 rooms for ISEN Ouest students. This arrangement complements the accommodation available through Studapart and may provide an attractive option for students admitted to the Nantes campus.
Paris
Rooms at the Cheminade student residence

At the Paris campus, a limited number of rooms are available directly on the Saint-Jean campus, at the Cheminade student residence, located in the school building. This option allows some students to live as close as possible to where they study.
For more information about this accommodation, please contact the campus reception desk.
Local accommodation information for each campus

Accommodation options vary depending on the city and the time of year. In Brest, Caen, Nantes, Paris and Rennes, students can use Studapart as a starting point for their search and then explore additional options such as student residences, private rentals, local contacts and information provided by their campus.
In Brest, several landlords and residences near the campus are already familiar with ISEN Ouest and regularly accommodate students from the school. In Caen and Rennes, Studapart is particularly useful for centralizing the search process and identifying available accommodation. In Nantes and Paris, additional options are available through La Nantaise Habitation and the Cheminade student residence.
Preparing your accommodation search
It is important to start looking for student accommodation early, particularly as the beginning of the academic year approaches. As soon as your admission is confirmed, we recommend browsing available listings, preparing your application file and comparing the different options available near your future campus.
Before choosing your accommodation, remember to check:
- the distance from the campus
- available public transport
- the rent and additional charges
- any guarantees or guarantor requirements
- included facilities and amenities
- the length of the lease
- any housing assistance you may be eligible for
- the time remaining before the start of the academic year
